It is located on the first floor of the small and quiet apartment building with no elevator, surrounded by greenery.
It consists of a hallway, bathroom with shower, a kitchen-dining room, a bedroom with two single beds (connected or split if necessary) and a large built-in wardrobes and a living room with two foldable sofa beds. Bedroom and living room are facing the courtyard. The apartment has two terraces and it's own garage.
The apartment is completely renovated and equipped with modern furniture and modern household appliances.

All the prices are based on 2 persons per apartment. The amount for renting is payable in cash on arrival. If your stay will be longer than 4 weeks, ask for our special monthly rates. Our prices are all inclusive - NO TAXES, NO COMMISSIONS, NO EXTRA CHARGE, NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. *** During the Christmas time, New Year and for the special Belgrade events. The prices are 30% higher. The rental period during these special date can not be less than 3 days

Apartment location
Apartment is located in a very quiet, secure residential zone in Belgrade, Dedinje, which is generally considered the wealthiest part of Belgrade, and is the site of numerous villas, as well as many diplomatic residences. Nearby the apartment, there are a few grocery shops, and several excellent restaurants with national cuisine.The city center could be reached by car or taxi (10 minutes), or by public transportation (15-20 minutes). For fans of nature and history, in the vicinity is a large Park Topcider Park, Museum "May 25th", House of Flowers, Beli Dvor (White Court - the present residence of the Crown Prince Aleksandar Karadjordjevic and his family)
