The largest of our three apartments in Dositejeva Street, will give you a truly exceptional comfort and convenience. It consists of a kitchen, dining room (a large table for 8 people), bathroom (shower and tub, washer and dryer), bedroom with an ornate wooden king size bed (200x220) and additional convertible sofa, a living room, a second bedroom with two single beds and two terraces. The apartment is recently completely renovated and equipped with quality classic wood furniture, modern home appliances, linens and towels.

Apartment Amenities - The apartment has AC, Cable TV with 75 channels, Hi-Fi, High-speed Wi-Fi Internet, Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Electric Oven, Kettle, Pots and Dishes, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Iron and ironing board. Clean bed linen and towels will also be provided for your stay.

All the prices are based on 2 persons per apartment. The amount for renting is payable in cash on arrival. If your stay will be longer than 4 weeks, ask for our special monthly rates. Our prices are all inclusive - NO TAXES, NO COMMISSIONS, NO EXTRA CHARGE, NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. *** During the Christmas time, New Year and for the special Belgrade events. The prices are 30% higher. The rental period during these special date can not be less than 3 days ***

Apartment location

Dositejeva 35 apartment is perfectly located in the very central, urban neighborhood of Belgrade and it is one of three apartments that we have in our offer in this particular street, so it is very handy for larger groups to be very close to each other and at the same time to have own privacy.  Next door, there is a small store where you can find almost everything you need from food, drink and hygiene products. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are numerous bakeries with excellent pastries and large open green market, Bajloni. If you want to walk to Skadarlija, you need less than 5 minutes away. If you prefer to spend more time in bars and clubs, one of the main clubbing streets of Belgrade, Strahinjica bana is located at the first corner. Many restaurants of national and international cuisine can be found in the range of 50 to 300 meters. Knez Mihajlova street (pedestrian zone is on a couple  of minutes walking distance and Kalemegdan fortress is on a 10 minutes away. Skadarlija - bohemian zone is just within your reach.If you want to walk along the river, ride a bike or rollerblades, Danube quay is at 15 minute walk away. If you love the theater, the National Theatre is located at the top of the street, and Atelje 212 theatre is also very close. The devotees of classical music can enjoy concerts in Kolarac concert hall, which is about ten minutes away from this apartment.

Booking the apartment is very simple. When you select the apartments you are interested in, please send us an e-mail with  your name, details of your arrival and departure date,  number of people, preferred  apartment and special requests if you have any. Once we receive your e-mail request, we will check the availability and send you an e-mail either to confirm the booking or to suggest another available apartment. After mutual confirmation of booking, we will send you all needed information (the excat address of the apartment, the total cost, payment details, and reception procedure).
